The GRKN Blog on the next tab explains what the Grey Rock Theory is and how I used what I call 'GreyRocKiN' to disempower my narcissistic boss, unbeknown to him. In simple terms one takes on the characteristics of a dull grey rock to starve the narcissist of your reaction to their abusive behaviour. To further reinforce my commitment to GreyRocKiN I picked up a simple grey rock which I refer to as my Totem, which anchored me to the present moment and the theory when I needed it most.
